Join us for a vibrant evening celebrating Ayurvedic cuisine, culture, and holistic wellness with two exceptional leaders in food and wellness. The event kicks off with a live cooking show hosted by celebrity chef Vishnu Manohar, one of India’s most accomplished culinary innovators and world record holders. Chef Manohar has earned recognition for his extraordinary large-scale cooking feats, including preparing a 1,111 kg finger millet pudding to highlight the nutritional power of millet and support local farming communities. Chef Vishnu Manohar also set a world record by cooking a massive 3,000 kg pot of khichdi in a single vessel, highlighting the wholesome appeal of one of India’s most iconic comfort foods. He has also set records by preparing thousands of dosas in marathon cooking sessions, demonstrating both skill and a deep commitment to traditional Indian foods and sustainable ingredients. Beyond his record-breaking achievements, Chef Manohar has been recognized internationally for his contributions to feeding communities and promoting Indian cuisine around the world.
